Industry Experience: In 1976, while in the 11th grade, he was hired by a local heating-ventilating-air conditioning distributor, as a warehouse worker. He quickly moved up the ladder to warehouse manager, parts counter, inside sales and technical supervisor.

In 1981, Juan made a career move to Atlanta, Georgia, where he held technical supervisory positions for HVAC distributor Apex Supply Company.

In 1989 he established JC Heating & Cooling after working in 3 other HVAC service companies.

Personal Bio: Juan was born in Cuba and came to America when he was in the 7th grade. Juan is eternally grateful to God, his family and America for the wondrous opportunities provided him after such an unpromising start to life. To them he owes his bedrock values of respect for authority, hard work and honesty. He is determined to let these values guide him through as he pursues his American dream of being a successful, highly respected businessman.

Jennifer Morris
Office Manager, Dispatcher, Customer Service Representative

Industry Experience: The heating and cooling business was new to Jennifer when she joined the JC Heating & Cooling team 3 years ago. She is no stranger to customer service having 13 years experience in the field. Jennifer has received many compliments on her ability in making sure the customer is taken care of.

Personal Bio: Jennifer is married to Tony Morris and has a 7-year old son who keeps them busy. She enjoys watching her son play football, basketball, baseball and soccer. When she is not at the field, Jennifer enjoys relaxing at home with her family.

Eldon Blevins
Lead Technician

Industry Experience: Eldon has 10 years experience in the heating and cooling business. He specializes in gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and duct cleaning. He also has 8 years experience in hot water and steam heating systems and will also work on plumbing systems. Many times customers will comment on his ability to recommend what is best for their home's systems.

Personal Bio: Eldon enjoys watching movies with his two girls and wife Cindy. He also enjoys camping with his family and is involved in his church.

Industry Experience: Billy has 20 years experience in the heating and cooling business. For over 15 years he has been part of the team at JC Heating & Cooling. He has installed many gas furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners in that time. Customers are quick to praise his diligence in getting the job done neat and clean.

Personal Bio: Billy is married to Julie and has two boys. He is an avid hunter. He loves to spend his time off with his family as well as outdoors hunting or fishing. He is involved in Archery shooting competitions. He also enjoys bowling with his friends.
