JC Heating & Cooling was founded in January, 1989, by Juan Cardona in order to provide installation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems in the Charleston metro area.

Originally located in the Cardona home in Nitro, WV, the operation quickly outgrew this facility and relocated to Cross Lanes, WV. At this time, JC Heating & Cooling was selling Heil heating and cooling products. In 1990, due to the high demand for quality products and service, JC Heating & Cooling dropped the Heil line and began the more prestigious Bryant heating and cooling line.

Again, JC Heating & Cooling outgrew its location, and in August 1991, the business was moved to 808 Cross Lanes Drive in Cross Lanes. This building has eight times the space of the previous location. In addition, JC Heating & Cooling purchased a parcel of land adjacent to the building. This assures JC Heating & Cooling plenty of room to grow without relocating.

The current location is 15 miles from downtown Charleston and 30 miles from Huntington, allowing JC Heating & Cooling to market to both cities with a minimum of travel time.

On September 24, 1991, JC Heating & Cooling became incorporated, thereby becoming a West Virginia corporation.

We are members of Contractors 2000, an organization dedicated to keeping step with the rapid business changes of the 1990's and offer the most up-to-date service techniques available.

The company's experience includes food service manufacturing, distribution, shopping malls, church buildings, office and institutional buildings, residential dwellings and more. We offer service in energy management, engineering and design, sheet metal fabrication, duct cleaning, filter services and programmed maintenance.
